Financial Statement

A significant fraction of the 1992 grant was carried over into the 1993 budget. This situation arose because funds had been put aside in 1991 and 1992 for a professorial appointment that was not made. These additional funds were used in 1993 to support temporary appointments of research staff. The carry over into 1994 is modest, and in 1994 the budget is much tighter than it has been in previous years.
