Startree Navigation System
Are you sick and tired of finding scattered
information about complex plasma research around the world on the internet?
Here at Complex Plasma Laboratory, we have the perfect solution for you.
As part of our website upgrade, we are proud to present a new and innovative
tool for our complex plasma scientists called the Startree
Navigation System (SNS). The following is a simple user guide for
beginners.
Step 1: SNS can be found in our links section.
Press the blue circle to activate the system. A new window applet should
appear. Please be patient as the system takes several seconds to load.
Step 2: Complex plasma research websites across five continents had been
stored into our SNS database and organised into a tree network.
Step 3: By dragging
the tree, you can easily navigate and preview an image of the related
website. As an example, here we navigate along the Oceania-Australia
branch
Step 4: By hovering your cursor on the image, details of the website will
be shown. Double-click to access the website.
Step 5: The chosen website will be displayed on the right side of the
window. The individual windows can be resized. In addition, a search tool
is incorporated into SNS so that you can find your website quickly and
conveniently.
Hopefully people will find the Startree
Navigation System useful. If you believe I have missed a complex plasma
research website, please contact me to update the system.
