Grants

The School of Physics is one of the most active research Schools in the Faculty of Science, ranking at or near the top of the Faculty in research income each year.

A majority of these grants are funded by the Australian Research Council (ARC), although other sources include the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC), other government agencies and private industry.

Complete lists of grants are compiled and checked after the end of each year. The lists below represent the latest complete lists of 'Project Grants' and 'Linkage Infrastructure and Equipment Grants' obtained by school staff. Note that in some cases, as indicated, grants also involve staff from other institutions.

Some other types of grants (e.g. internal University grants) are not represented in these lists.
