Louise Davis has been with IBM Australia for 18 years, the past 8 as Executive, Corporate Community Relations, IBM Asia Pacific. In this role Louise manages IBM's corporate social responsibility program in Australia and across 15 countries in the region, working with major not-for-profit organisations and with relevant Government Ministers and Departments.

Before joining IBM in 1986 Louise had a broad experience in consumer marketing, direct marketing and public relations, primarily with Christian Dior Perfumes and Cosmetics as manager of the Australian operations. Louise left Christian Dior after 23 years to study full time at Ryde School of Horticulture and started her own wholesale plant nursery in Dural.

Louise's hobbies include gardening, travel and reading, and when she is not travelling on business in Asia, she enjoys her rural life in Millfield.

Louise was appointed the Deputy President of the Foundation in 2004 and was the Foundation's first female President in 2005 until March 2008.
