EXTERNAL RELATIONS

The University of Sydney has charitable status and is a deductible gift recipient. It is required to comply with the Charitable Fundraising Act 1991 (NSW) and Regulations. These are administered by the NSW Department of Gaming and Racing. Approval for the Science Foundation for Physics to perform fundraising functions is delegated by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (External Relations), Professor Andrew Coats.
