Welcome Alumni

Warm greetings from the School of Physics to our Alumni in fact, to both sets of our Alumni! Why do we have two groups of Alumni? Of course there are our traditional Alumni those who have completed a first degree with a major in Physics at the School or who have done postgraduate work here. Then there are those 4,000 or so young people (well you were young once) who have attended one of our past 34 Professor Harry Messel International Science Schools (ISS) since 1962.
We are very keen to strengthen relationships with all our Alumni. A closer association will bring benefits such as the opportunity to be more involved with the many diverse activities of the School and allow you to have input into publications such as Alumni News.
As Alumni of the School, we invite and welcome you to come back and see us. One of a teacher's greatest pleasures is to catch up with former students, and learn what they have done since graduation. It is a joy for us to share in the pride of your accomplishments so please visit us soon. We look forward to seeing you.
